    <title>A contribuição da teologia da cruz a partir do debate de Heidelberg para a prática do aconselhamento pastoral</title>

    <description>Title: A contribuição da teologia da cruz a partir do debate de Heidelberg para a prática do aconselhamento pastoral
Abstract: This dissertation investigates, through bibliographical research, the contribution of the theology of the cross from the Heidelberg Debate to the practice of pastoral counseling. The question that seeks to be answered is to what extent the theology of the cross from the Heidelberg Debate contributes to the practice of pastoral counseling. This dissertation seeks to understand and deepen Luther's conception of the theology of the cross with a view to pastoral counseling. To this end, it will review the texts in which Luther addresses the topic, establishing a dialogue with his main commentators. It is, therefore, an exploratory research. The technical research procedure used was bibliographical research. Initially, pastoral counseling is examined, firstly treating the male and female pastor as Seelsorger and Seelsorgerin, and then the theme of the male and female pastor as counselor is worked on. In a second moment, the Heidelberg Debate is addressed as the locus classicus of Luther's theology of the cross, followed by the development and presentation of this theology of the cross. In a third moment, the research focuses on the main aspects of Luther's theology of the cross. Firstly, it deals with Deus absconditus and Deus revelatus, Deus absconditus and faith, and life under the cross. Finally, the contributions of the theology of the cross to pastoral counseling are presented. The theology of the cross is taken as a foundation and some notes are made with a view to pastoral counseling based on the three realities provided by the theology of the cross, namely, the reality of paradoxes, the reality of Anfechtung (suffering and temptation), and the reality of eschatological hope. The research indicates that the theology of the cross offers a hermeneutic for interpreting both the life and the experience of Anfechtung, providing a basis for pastoral counseling in the contemporary context. This hermeneutical approach has enabled the development of a cruciform pastoral counseling model that provides support for pastors and other care professionals. This model aims to help people in suffering, promoting comfort, hope, and a deeper and more meaningful understanding of their faith.

    <title>Educação comunitária: análise das contribuições de Martinho Lutero à educação da contemporaneidade</title>

    <description>Title: Educação comunitária: análise das contribuições de Martinho Lutero à educação da contemporaneidade
Abstract: This Final Paper investigates the influences of Martin Luther's ideas on community education, analyzing how his writings resonate in contemporary educational documents. Luther was one of the first people to advocate for the universalization of education, arguing that instruction should be accessible to the entire population as a means of spiritual, social and political emancipation. His main writings on the subject, "To the Councils of All German Cities to Establish and Maintain Christian Schools" and "A Sermon for Sending Children to School" demonstrate his commitment to education as a collective right and duty. The research adopts a historical-bibliographical approach, establishing connections between the educational principles defended by Luther and contemporary educational regulations. To this end, it analyzes current legal and political documents, identifying echoes of Lutheran ideas in the conception of community education and in the formulation of public policies aimed at universalizing education. The research highlights his historical contribution to the construction of educational systems that value access to knowledge as a fundamental right, where Education and Religion are connected.

    <title>Educação de jovens e adultos, humanização e inclusão: uma perspectiva teológica no contexto educacional brasileiro</title>

    <description>Title: Educação de jovens e adultos, humanização e inclusão: uma perspectiva teológica no contexto educacional brasileiro
Abstract: The study addresses the Education of Young and Adult People (EJA) as a&#xD;
fundamental right and a means to promote inclusion and social equity, especially for&#xD;
individuals historically excluded from the educational system. It explores the&#xD;
intersection between theology and education, investigating how ethical and&#xD;
humanizing principles such as dignity, justice, and acceptance can guide inclusive&#xD;
pedagogical and curricular practices in EJA. This qualitative and exploratory&#xD;
research, based on a literature review, is structured into chapters discussing the&#xD;
history of EJA in Brazil, the socio-economic and cultural profile of students, and the&#xD;
main challenges of this educational modality. It then examines inclusion and&#xD;
humanization in the educational context, emphasizing pedagogical practices that&#xD;
value students' individuality and promote an environment of acceptance and&#xD;
empathy. The study also proposes pedagogical guidelines and practices inspired by&#xD;
theological values, aiming for an EJA that integrates theological ethics and fosters&#xD;
transformative education. This proposal serves as the final product of the&#xD;
professional master's degree. These guidelines include welcoming practices, a&#xD;
curriculum based on humanitarian values, and proposals that appreciate students' life&#xD;
experiences. The conclusion reinforces the need for a humanizing and inclusive EJA,&#xD;
advocating for the role of theological ethics and the pedagogy of acceptance in&#xD;
creating a fairer and more inclusive society. It also recommends continuing research&#xD;
to improve pedagogical practices and the learning environment.

    <title>Soberania e secularização: o legado da paz da Westfália (1648) na construção da tolerância religiosa no Brasil pelo viés do endosso reflexivo.</title>

    <description>Title: Soberania e secularização: o legado da paz da Westfália (1648) na construção da tolerância religiosa no Brasil pelo viés do endosso reflexivo.
Abstract: The present research examines how the peace agreements that ended the Thirty&#xD;
Years’ War (1618-1648) established principles of state sovereignty and confessional&#xD;
coexistence, impacting the political configuration of Latin America. The research&#xD;
highlights that these agreements, known as the Peace of Westphalia, signed in 1648,&#xD;
inaugurated a new conception of religious diversity under confessional states, evolving&#xD;
from the Augsburgian concept of “cuius regio, eius religio” to more complex forms of&#xD;
interconfessional coexistence. The research work develops a moral epistemology of&#xD;
religious tolerance, integrating ideas from modern thinkers such as Locke, Voltaire,&#xD;
and Spinoza with contemporary notions of reflection on moral philosophy, such as&#xD;
those of Christine Korsgaard on reflective endorsement. The analysis seeks to&#xD;
demonstrate the gradual influence of Westphalian principles of separation between&#xD;
religion and politics on Brazilian constitutions and state secularization processes.&#xD;
Furthermore, the research aims to reveal how Westphalian principles of separation&#xD;
between religion and politics gradually influenced aspects of modern constitutions with&#xD;
impacts on Brazilian constitutions and state secularization processes. The concluded&#xD;
thesis is that religious tolerance constitutes a socially constructed moral epistemology&#xD;
through public reflective processes, providing foundations for democratic coexistence&#xD;
in plural societies, with religious tolerance positivized in constitutional texts being the&#xD;
reflective endorsement as a source of its normativity.
